Lucky Logic marked a strategic shift for a category leader in VR casino gaming as they expanded into the broader VR gaming space. The challenge was to evolve the brand beyond its roots without losing the equity it had already built. We started with naming—balancing “luck” and “logic” to reflect both chance and skill—and built the identity from there. The logomark centers on a custom “O” constructed from two right angles, forming a cube-like shape that nods to dice, grids, and digital environments. Subtle character elements introduce a mascot that carries through the system, giving the brand a distinct, ownable presence. This foundation was extended through a neon-accented palette designed to live on both light and dark interfaces, paired with a flexible type system combining clean sans-serifs with pixel-influenced display fonts. Supporting elements—cursors, loading states, bounding boxes, and wireframe grids—bring in the language of gameplay and development, creating a layered visual system that feels interactive and dimensional.
This translated into a full motion suite for web and digital touchpoints, where the brand comes to life through evolving character sketches and dynamic environments. Early-stage hand-drawn explorations were developed further using AI-assisted workflows to build out a scalable set of animations—balancing craft and efficiency while maintaining a cohesive, high-impact visual experience.
